I'm working on big update to GUNE, but in the meantime, I wanted add some improvements to the current version. 

Oracle  - Improved oracle to make things more open-ended and balanced

Vehicle Combat - DS's for vehicles and specialized combat rules

Exploration - Dropped the encounter table to make room for vehicle combat, so now encounters are just determined by the oracle.
